Ronald Wayne (Ronnie) Hudson Jr., 17, of 4081 Bratton's Run Road, Goshen, died Tuesday night, June 17, 2008, in Goshen.

He was born Nov. 6, 1990, in Baltimore, the son of Ronald W. Hudson Sr. and Mary Taylor.

He was a graduate of Rockbridge County High School, Class of 2008. He enjoyed swimming and playing basketball and football.

He is survived by his father, Ronald Hudson Sr. of Maryland; his mother, Mary Taylor and her boyfriend, Chris Robertson, of Goshen; a brother, Brian Taylor of Goshen; two sisters: Terri Taylor of Craigsville and Jeannie Taylor of Goshen; a stepsister, Trenah Robertson of Goshen; his grandparents, Barbara Taylor Ingram of Goshen and Bill and Margaret Taylor of Maryland; two special nephews, Kamiron Puffenbarger and Christopher Thornton Jr.; a number of aunts, uncles and cousins; his girlfriend, Taylor Moore of Goshen; and his special friend, Ryan Hall.

A funeral service was conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 21, 2008, at Goshen Baptist Church, with the Rev. Scott Reese and Tyler Clem officiating. Interment followed in Goshen Baptist Cemetery.

Pallbearers were members of Goshen Volunteer Fire Department.

The family received friends June 20, at Craigsville, Sensabaugh & Zimmerman Funeral Home.
