Anne Carroll Christiansen, 75, of Lexington, died Saturday, July 26, 2008 in the Stonewall Jackson Hospital.

She was born April 23, 1933 in Philadelphia, PA, a daughter of the late Edward and Elmire Craig Carroll.

She was a retired secretary from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mrs. Christiansen was the last surviving member of her immediate family, but she had many friends in the Lexington area she considered family.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, August 6, 2008 at th Lexington House Community Room with Rev. Sandra Rushing officiating. Burial will be private.
