Dennis Irvin Moran, 66, of Buena Vista, died Thursday, November 27, 2008 at the Golden Living Center.

He was born January 26, 1942 in Rockbridge County, a son of the late Schyler Irvin Moran and Audrey Phillips Moran.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers: Ricky and Harry Moran and a sister, Joyce Moran.

Mr. Moran was retired from the Pepsi Cola Company.

Surviving are his wife, Edna Moran; a daughter, Sheila Camden and husband, Jeff, of Buena Vista; a brother, Kenny Moran of Buena Vista; two sisters: Shirley Taylor of Buena Vista and Mary Dorey of Glasgow; and one grandson.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, November 30, 2008 at the Buena Vista Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. W. A. Mills and Rev. W. David Bain officiating. Burial will follow in the Green Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Saturday, November 29, 2008 at the Bolling, Grose & Lotts Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Buena Vista, Virginia.
