Helen Schuckers Stanton, 95, of Lexington, died Friday, January 16, 2009 in Heritage Hall.

She was born July 6, 1913 in Washington, D.C., a daughter of the late Frank M. and Millicent Cassidy Schuckers.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford L. Stanton.

Surviving are a daughter, Joan S. Kasper and husband, Ronald F. of Lexington; a sister, Millicent Burnett, Gillette, PA; three grandchildren; six great grandchildren. There will be no local services or visitation.

Arrangements were handled by the Harrison Funeral Home & Crematory, Lexington, VA.
