Wren Cosby Counts, 57, of N. Maple Ave., Covington, Virginia, died Thursday, July 9, 2009 at his residence.
He was born July 7, 1952 in Washington County, a son of the late Dale and Mae Blevins.
Surviving are his wife, Leslie Drake Counts of Covington; a son and two brothers, Roger Counts and Pastor Roger D. Counts and one sister, Violet Thompson.
In keeping with Mr. Counts' family wishes his body will be cremated.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
