Margaret Krebs Jennings, 97, of Glasgow died Monday, July 27, 2009.

She was born April 3, 1912 in Roanoke, a daughter of the late Alexander McNutt Krebs and Eva Hamilton Jordon Krebs.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Albert Jennings.

Surviving are a nephew, Bill Krebs and wife, Jean; four nieces, Rennie Potter and husband, Roy, Evie Krebs, Betty Dye and Linda Portlock; a great niece, Kathrine English and husband, Ben; three great nephews, Lee Williams and wife, Vicky, Mark Williams and wife, Judy, and Jeff Fletcher; Godson, Donnie Mayo and wife, Cathy and numerous friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 30, 2009 at Glasgow Episcopal Church with Rev. Rebecca Crites officiating. Burial will follow in Glasgow Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
