Margaret Jane Foard, 92, of Lexington, formerly of Martinsville, died Tuesday, December 15, 2009 at Heritage Hall in Lexington.

Born August 20, 1917 in Delaware, she was a daughter of the late Walter Hubert and Anna Brown Hubert.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin P. Foard; a son Franklin P. Foard Jr. and a sister Louise Elliott.

Mrs. Foard was a member of the 1st Presbyterian Church.

Surviving are two daughters, Ann Foard Fowser of Medford Lakes, NJ; Susan Foard Sizemore of Buena Vista; one sister, Jean Gregonis of Belair, MD; five grandchildren; and one great grandchild.

A memorial service will be conducted at a later date in Martinsville, VA. The family suggests that memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
