Annie Huffman Hamilton, 93, of Buena Vista, died Saturday, January 2, 2010 at Kendal of Lexington.

She was born September 19, 1916 in Rockbridge County, daughter of the late Webster Huffman and Lethia Henson Huffman.

She was a memberr of the Natural Bridge Christian Fellowship Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lacy Hamilton; five brothers and two sisters.

Mrs. Hamilton is survived by two sons: Lewis W. Hamilton and wife, Peggy and Ora "Dickie" Hamilton and wife, Dot, all of Buena Vista; four daughters: Shirley Wood, Patsy Lewis and husband, Dickie, Bonnie Staton and husband, Lloyd, all of Buena Vista; Sue Moore and husband, Bobby of Natural Bridge; 15 grandchcildren; 18 great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted at the Bolling, Grose & Lotts Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 5, 2010 at 2 p.m. with the Rev. David Bain and Rev. Nathan Phillips officiating. Burial will follow in the Rockbridge Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Monday, January 4, 2010 from 6o 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
