Doris Ann Phillips, 57, of Lexington, died Wednesday, March 31, 2010 at home.

Born August 20, 1952 in Lexington, VA, she was a daughter of Buelah Cash Ramsey of Fisherville and the late William H. Johnson, Jr.

Mrs. Phillips was a member of the Faith Mountain Baptist Church and the Rockbridge County Genealogical Society.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Wendell Allan Phillips; one son, Thomas L. McCauley of Buena Vista; one daughter, Virginia A. Phillips of Lexington; two sisters, Connie A. Johnson of Maryland and Bobbie Lynn Harris of Fisherville; three brothers, Danny O. Johnson of Glasgow; Jerry J. Johnson of Waynesboro; and Wilber L. Johnson of Lexington.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Friday, April 2, 2010 at Harrison Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. William Thomas and Rev. George Warden officiating. Interment will follow in Rockbridge Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, April 1, 2010 at Harrison Funeral Home.
