Patricia Ann Van Coney Mason, 69, of Fairfield, Virginia, died Friday June 18, 2010 at her home.

Born December 6, 1940 in Cincinnati, OH, she was a daughter of Helen C. Van Coney and the late Raymond Thomas Van Coney.

Surviving in addition to her mother, are her husband, Harry Edward Mason; four children, Thomas Michael Brizendine of Huntsville, AL, Kevin Scott Mason of Brownsburg, VA, Jennifer Couch of Cincinnati, OH and Mellyora Mason of Lexington; two sisters, Mary Hotco of Wilder, KY and Carol Van Coney of Las Vegas, NV; nine grandchildren; several great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, June 21, 2010 at Rockbridge Memorial Gardens with Father Joseph D'Aurora officiating. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Rockbridge Area Hospice, P. O. Box 948, Lexington, VA 24450.
