Armilda Craft (Millie) Marshall, 88, died, Monday, June 21, 2010 at the Woodlands in Clifton Forge, Virginia.

She was a former resident of Crowder Avenue in Covington.

She was born January 27, 1922, in Alleghany County, a daughter of the late Aaron Lee and Bonnie Bush Craft.

She was a member of Covington Baptist Church and of the Joy Sunday School Class.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Husband, Lacy T. Marshall in 1994; a sister, Louise Watson; two brothers, Leroy Craft and Bob Craft and an infant grandson.

Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Barry and Cheryl Marshall of Covington; two grandchildren, Jason Marshall and his wife, Amy, of Covington and Stacie Sizemore of Mechanicsville; three great grandchildren: Bailey Ann Sizemore and Carson B. Sizemore, both of Mechanicsville and Cadiz Rain Marshall of Covington; one sister, Nadine Worth of Harrisburg, IN; and several nieces and nephews, including Sue Fortner of Covington and Lawana Back of Slanesville, WV., who were raised in her home.

The funeral service will be held Thursday, June 24, 2010, at 2:00 p.m. in the Arritt Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Chris Poluikis officiating.

The interment will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery.

Friends may pay their respects at any time at Arritt Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 7:00 until 8:30 p.m. at Arritt Funeral Home and at other times will be at the home of Barry and Cheryl Marshall at 7812 Dunlap Creek Road, Covington, VA 24426.
