Margaret Hall Wade, 86, of Bustleburg, Virginia, died Tuesday, October 26, 2010 at her home.

Born September 17, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Guy Hall and Ollie Smith Hall.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Miller Wade; two daughters, Betty Catherine Smiley and Delores "Jack" Propst and a sister, Frances Sensabaugh.

Mrs. Wade was a member of the McElwee Chapel.

Surviving are three sons, Charles Theodore Wade, Roy McClung Wade, and Everett "EJ" Jefferson Wade; one daughter, Alise "Tom" Berry, all of Bustleburg; one sister, Marie Woolwine of Salem; nine grandchildren, Chris, R.J., Chip, D.J., Wade, Chelsee, Gwen, Tamara, and Rebekah; eight great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, October 30, 2010 at McElwee Chapel with the Rev. Christinia Tutterow and the Rev. David Dickerson officiating. Burial will follow in McElwee Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, October 29 at Harrison Funeral Home in Lexington. Memorial contributions may be made to Rockbridge Baths Fire Department.
