Trina Rowsey Golden, 43, of Buena Vista, Virginia, passed away Sunday, August 28, 2011 at her residence.

She was born September 20, 1967 in Charlottesville, VA, a daughter of James and Betty Rowsey.

She was the wife of Charles Beltran Golden Jr.

She was preceded in death by her father, James Aquel Rowsey.

Mrs. Golden was a member of the Buena Vista Presbyterian Church.

She is survived by three sisters, Louise Staton, Vickie Lawson and Reva Wampler, and two brothers, James Gordon Rowsey and Robert Rowsey. Mrs. Golden is also survived by four daughters, Christina M. Lawhorne, Amber N. Golden, Becky L. Golden and Jessica O. Golden; and two stepsons, Christopher M. Golden and Charles S. Golden, as well as three grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, August 31, 2011 at the Bolling, Grose & Lotts Funeral home with the Rev. Bart Helmuth officiating. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends one hour before service.
