Former Covington High School Graduate Dies At Age 34

Mrs. Stacy Marie Webb Hartless, age 34, of Vesuvius, Virginia, died Wednesday, July 18, 2012.

She was the wife of Jeffrey Scott Hartless.

Mrs. Hartless was born June 2, 1978 in Lynchburg, the daughter of Rhonda Webb Mayberry and dad, Jerry and John Graham, Jr. and wife, Peggy.

Stacy had attended Covington High School, where she was a cheerleader. She was a homemaker and had formerly worked in various restaurants. Stacy loved the outdoors and especially enjoyed fishing, swimming, tubing and hiking.

In addition to her parents, Rhonda Webb Mayberry and dad, Jerry and John Graham, Jr. and wife, Peggy, and her husband, Jeffrey Scott Hartless, Mrs. Hartless is survived by two sons, Steven Wayne Hartless and Jayson Scott Hartless; three daughters, Destiny Elizabeth Hartless, Whitney Marie Webb and Rebecca Dawn Hartless; one brother, Chris Mayberry; four sisters, Allison Mayberry, Jodie Mayberry, Melisha Graham and Samantha Graham; aunts, Joy and Tammy; uncles, Ashuer, Avery and Dean; and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.

Mrs. Hartless was preceded in death by great grandparents, Roscoe S. Webb and Violet Smith Webb and grandparents, Winifred and Roberta Walton Webb.

A funeral service was conducted at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, July 22, 2012, from the chapel of Loving Funeral Home with the Rev. Edith Snedegar officiating. Interment followed in Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Jayson Hartless, Wayne Tyree, Joseph Hartless, Steven Webb, Robbie Griffith and Scott Campbell.

Alternate pallbearer was Robert Lee Tyree.

The family received friends on Saturday evening at Loving Funeral Home.
