Medical Office Assistant Dies After Car Accident

Leslie (Sherrie) Reynolds, age 35, of 100 Meadows of Wilson Court, Clifton Forge, Virginia, died Monday, December 24, 2012 in Botetourt County.

She was born November 23, 1977 in Alleghany County, Virginia, to Celia Donovan Reynolds and the late James Thomas "Tommy" Reynolds.

She was a medical office assistant for Carilion Velocity Care in Daleville and attended Lone Star Advent Christian Church.

She loved to laugh, loved her family, and enjoyed singing at church.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Willard and Clelia Donovan and paternal grandparents, Elza and Elizabeth Reynolds.

She is survived by two daughters, Madison Meadows and Faith Meadows; her mother, Celia Reynolds and her fiance, Danny Deeds; a sister, Shelia Brantley and husband, Shannon; and a brother, Scott Reynolds and wife, Sharla, all of Clifton Forge; nephews and nieces, Cody Brantley, Noelle Brantley, Gage Brantley Abbey Reynolds and Donovan Reynolds; a special friend, Dan Zicafoose and his children, Jordan, Bri, and Chelsie; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A funeral service will be held on Friday at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Nicely Funeral Home, Clifton Forge with Reverend Doug Moore officiating. Interment will follow in Central Advent Christian Cemetery, Clifton Forge.

Pallbearers will be Josh Madison, Rickie Walton, Keith Tingler, Ryan Powell, Chris Clark and Forrest Nicely.

There will be no formal visitation at the funeral home. However, friends may visit with the family anytime at the residence, 100 Meadows of Wilson Court, Clifton Forge.

The family suggests memorial tributes take the form of contributions to The Lone Star Advent Christian Family Life Center Building Fund, 4704 Nicelytown Road, Clifton Forge, VA 24422.
