Obituary for Jaden Paige Baker Jaden Paige Baker
8 Year-Old Dies After Tragic Car Crash

Jaden Paige Baker, 8, of Lexington, Virginia, passed away Friday, May 10, 2013.

She was born December 31, 2004, in Augusta County, a daughter of Nathan Lee Baker and Ashley Paige Crowder Baker, of Lexington.

Jaden was a member of the Lexington Church of Christ.

She was a member of the Brownie Troop #87, and was a second grader at Enderly Heights Elementary School, where she was very active in sports.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her two brothers, Dakota Tyler Baker and Durham Lee Baker; two grandfathers, Jeff Crowder and Rodney Baker; grandmother, Debbie French; grandparents, Ken and Jan Asbury; great grandparents, Page and Shirley Barnes, Carl and Betty McGown; aunts and uncles, Jason and Haley Baker, Jase and Stacey Asbury; uncles, Jacob Asbury, James Asbury, and Josh Campbell; aunt, Brookley Crowder; and many cousins and friends.

A funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Saturday, May 18, 2013, at the Harrison Funeral Home Chapel with Page Barnes officiating. Burial will follow at Rockbridge Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 17, 2013, at Harrison Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Lexington Lifesaving Crew or to the Lexington Fire Department.

Arrangements are being handled by Harrison Funeral Home & Crematory, Lexington.
