N&S Retiree Dies At Age 74
Cary Marshall Smith, age 74, of 1725 Main Street, Golden Living Center, Clifton Forge, Virginia, died Thursday, March 13, 2014 at The Golden Living Center.
He was born April 15, 2014 in Five Forks, Virginia, to the late Howard and Eleanor Harris Smith (Macrae).
He was retired from Norfolk Southern Railroad and was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his stepfather, Neil Macrae of Virginia Beach; two brothers, Irving Smith and Roderick Macrae of Lynchburg, and a cousin, Mary Webb Stout of Lorton.
In keeping with his wishes, his body has been cremated.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Nicely Funeral Home, Clifton Forge is handling arrangements.
