Obituary for Kenneth Preston Neal Kenneth Preston Neal
Low Moor Native Was Vietnam War Veteran, Acadia Polymers Molder

Kenneth Preston Neal, age 65, of 1515 Mountain View Drive, Covington, Virginia, died Thursday, July 31, 2014 at his residence.

He was born September 4, 1948 in Low Moor, Virginia, to the late Glenn Forrest and Mary Ethel Windsor Neal.

He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War and was a molder for Acadia Polymers.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Jimmy Neal, Donald Neal and Harry Neal, and two sisters, Lillie Matheny and Mary Lee Cale.

He is survived by a sister, Pamela Jean Frazier and husband, Garland of Clifton Forge; a brother, David L. Neal of Iron Gate; and a number of nieces and nephews.

In keeping with his family's wishes, his body has been cremated. A graveside memorial service will be held on Monday, August 4, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in Millboro Christian Church Cemetery with Reverend Victor Nicely officiating.

There will be no formal visitation.

Arrangements are being handled by Nicely Funeral Home, Clifton Forge.
