Anne Moore Mays, 91, of Lexington, Virginia, died on Thursday, October 9, 2014.

She was born on May 14, 1923, a daughter of the late Graham Ross Moore and Mary Broughman Moore.

In addition to her parents, Anne was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley "Bunny" Mays, Sr.; and grandson, Brian Mays.

Surviving are her son, Stanley "Bugs" Mays, Jr., and wife, Patsy Mays; grandchild, Steve Mays; and three great grandchildren: Jake, Garrett and Tucker.

Anne passed away peacefully in Myrtle Beach, S.C. near her family.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, October 13, 2014 at Rockbridge Memorial Gardens with Dr. Gertz from Lexington Baptist Church officiating.
