Deborah Gruber Delong, age 66, formerly of Clifton Forge, Virginia, died on Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at The Springs Nursing Center, Hot Springs.

She was born November 6, 1948 in Wooster, Ohio, to the late Delbert and Virginia Deutherick Gruber.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and one sister.

She is survived by four sons, Michael Jordan and wife, Jennifer of Clifton Forge, Frederick Delong of Roanoke, James Parkes and wife, Stacy of Mebane, NC, and Andrew Gruber of Ohio; four grandchildren, one sister, two brothers, and her foster parents, The Reverend Roger and Carol Bush.

In keeping with her wishes, her body has been cremated.

A memorial service was conducted on Sunday, February 1, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. at Oak Hill Bible Church, Clifton Forge with Reverend Virgil Woodie officiating. The family received friends on Sunday afternoon from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service at Oak Hill Bible Church. Nicely Funeral Home, Clifton Forge is in charge of arrangements.
