James Ralph Jack, Jr., age 55, of Clifton Forge, Virginia, died Thursday, February 5, 2015 at LewisGale Hospital - Alleghany in Low Moor.

He was born November 4, 1959 in Clifton Forge to Judith Larman Jack Peery and the late James Ralph Jack, Sr.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a sister, Nancy Jane Jack Tasker.

He is survived by his mother, Judy Peery of Clifton Forge; a daughter, Nautika Jack of Clifton Forge; a sister, Rose Yvonne Hengle; and a brother, Michael Cary Larman.

In keeping with his wishes, his body has been cremated.
