Obituary for Carlyle Wilbur Pultz Carlyle Wilbur Pultz
Burlington Industries Retiree Was Trinity United Methodist Church Member

Carlyle Wilbur Pultz, 85, of Buena Vista, Virginia, died on Friday, February 6, 2015, at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital.

He was born on September 2, 1929, in Rockbridge County, the son of the late David Carlyle Pultz and Vera Watson Pultz.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Harrison Pultz; and son, Daryl Edward Pultz.

Mr. Pultz was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church, and retired from Burlington Industries after more than 30 years of service.

Wilbur enjoyed farming, gardening, antique tractors, and cats.

Surviving are two daughters, Deborah Wilson of Plano, Texas, and Donna Sensabaugh of Midlothian, Va.; one son, David Pultz of Baton Rouge, La.; one sister, Audrey Peacock of Bradenton, Fla.; and three grandchildren, Kendall Austin Pultz, Hillary Diana Sensabaugh, and Morgan Elizabeth Sensabaugh.

A graveside service will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 11, 2015, at Stonewall Jackson Cemetery with the Rev. Fred Arndt officiating. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, February 10, 2015, at Harrison Funeral Home & Crematory, Lexington, Va., 540-463-2912.
