Allen Brown (Bo) Covington Jr., 67, of Lexington, Va., died on Sunday, February 15, 2015, at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital.

He was born on October 15, 1947, in Chester, Pa., a son of the late Allen Brown Covington Sr. and Mildred Wagner Anderson.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Darlyl Dale Winkler Covington.

Mr. Covington was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Lexington, Va.

Surviving are one son Dylan B. Covington; one stepson, Eddie Parker; one stepdaughter, Deborah Lilly; one brother, Jim E. Covington; 13 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and special friends, Jared and Michele Huntsman, Frank Peters, Johnny Bowyer, and Doug Larsen.

A memorial service will be conducted at 4 p.m. on Thursday, February 19, 2015, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Lexington, Va.
