Joyce Estelle Claytor Smith, age 82, of 2316 Selma-Low Moor Road, Low Moor, Virginia, died Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at LewisGale Hospital - Alleghany, Low Moor.

She was born March 1, 1932 in Botetourt County to the late Graham Baxter Claytor and Lena Cornell Claytor.

She was a homemaker throughout her life.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Nelson Smith of Low Moor; a daughter, Linda Marie Jennings of Covington; a son, Michael Banker of Covington; a sister, Brenda Martin of Arlington; and one granddaughter.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 27, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Nicely Funeral Home, Clifton Forge with Reverend Lynn Wright officiating.

Interment will follow in Mountain View Cemetery, Clifton Forge.
