Norman Vincent Sinclair, 82, of Lexington, Virginia, died Monday, March 9, 2015 at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital.

Mr. Sinclair was born on September 29, 1932 in Ottawa, Illinois, the son of the late William Oscar Sinclair and Lucille (Wallem) Sinclair.

He was a retired construction superintendent.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Joyce (Pennington) Sinclair and his sister, Eleanor Louise Wells.

He is survived by a daughter, Dr. Mary Beth Sinclair, of Lexington. Other survivors include sisters-in-law, Linda (Howard) Lee, Barbara (Robert) Pamachena, Lucille (Rogers) Pennington; a brother-in-law, Millard Wells.

He loved his family, his beagles and the Green Bay Packers.

A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 14, 2015 at Bolling, Grose & Lotts Funeral Chapel.
