Obituary for Juanita Craft Ailstock Juanita Craft Ailstock
West Virginia Native Was Central United Methodist Church Member

Juanita Craft Ailstock, age 80, of 12 Fourth St., Clifton Forge, Virginia, died Thursday, May 7, 2015 at LewisGale Hospital-Alleghany.

She was born August 15, 1934 in Hilltop, West Virginia, to the late Melvin and Irene Boyles Craft.

She was a former member of Central United Methodist Church and attended Immanuel Baptist Church.

She was active in the Highland Association of Retarded Persons and the Alleghany Humane Society.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Legrand Amos "Dan" Ailstock, Jr. in January of 2005.

She is survived by a son, Daniel Louis "Danny" Ailstock of Clifton Forge; two sisters, Virginia Ailstock of Salem and Dona Craft and husband, Steve of Auburndale, Florida; a number of nieces and nephews; and special friends, Velma Jeffries and Connie Black.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday May 12, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Nicely Funeral Home, Clifton Forge, with Reverend Lloyd Camp officiating.

Interment will follow in Mountain View Cemetery, Clifton Forge. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Tuesday. The family suggests memorial tributes take the form of contributions to the Alleghany Humane Society, P. O. Box 60, Low Moor, Virginia 24457.
