Wendy's Crew Leader Was St. Charles Catholic Church Member

Norma Tingler Straub, age 49, of 514 Bennett Street, White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia, and formerly of Low Moor, Virginia, died Monday, May 18, 2015 at 9810 Rich Patch Road, Covington.

She was born March 29, 1966 in Clifton Forge, Virginia, to Frances Knighton Tingler and the late Tavner Tingler.

She was a crew leader at Wendy's in Caldwell, WV, and a member of St. Charles Catholic Church of White Sulphur Springs.

She enjoyed camping and fishing, and loved listening to the music of Alan Jackson.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, Tavner Tingler, Jr.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Edward Straub of White Sulphur Springs, WV; her mother, Frances Tingler of Low Moor; two daughters, Jesica Callahan and fiance, Anthony Thomas of Williamsburg, WV, and Lauren Straub of White Sulphur Springs, WV; a step son, Justin Straub of White Sulphur Springs, WV; a step daughter, Kylene Straub of Morgantown, WV; two sisters, Patricia Jack and husband, Mike, and Mary Jack and husband, Robbie, both of Clifton Forge; three brothers, Richard Tingler and wife, Vickie of Low Moor, Michael Tingler and wife, Margie of Low Moor, and James Tingler and wife, Anita of Clifton Forge; an aunt and uncle, Elaine and Tommy Tingler of Low Moor; cousins, Tommy Tingler and Sara Elmore; a number of nieces and nephews; and a special pet, Little Bit.

In keeping with her wishes, her body has been cremated.

A memorial service was held on Thursday, May 21, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Nicely Funeral Home, Clifton Forge with Reverend Virgil Woodie officiating. The family received friends on Thursday from 12:30 p.m. until the time of service at Nicely Funeral Home and will at other times at the home of Francis Tingler, 9810, Rich Patch Road, Covington.
