Terry Lynn Shrewsbury Downey, age 57, of 555 Roxbury Street, Clifton Forge, Virginia, died Monday, June 1, 2015 at 572 Roxbury Street.

She was born December 13, 1957 in Charleston, West Virginia, to the late Edward Harold Shrewsbury, Sr. and Edna Fay Morris Shrewsbury.

She was a homemaker and a member of First Assembly of God Church.

She loved her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Donna Terry.

She is survived by her husband, Ezekiel Downey of Clifton Forge; a daughter, Kaitlynn Downey of Clifton Forge; a son, Ezekiel Downey II and wife, Crystal of Eagle Rock; three sisters, Fay Morris and husband, Doody of Clifton Forge, Nancy Trent and husband, Freddie of Hardy, and Diana Shrewsbury of Clifton Forge; a brother, Eddie Shrewsberry and wife, Trish of Clifton Forge; two grandchildren, Ezekiel Downey III and Kendall Downey; a number of nieces and nephews; and many close friends.

In keeping with her wishes, her body has been cremated.
