Obituary for George Glynn Brown, Jr. George Glynn Brown, Jr.
AHS Graduate Worked With H&L Jewelers

Mr. George Glynn Brown, Jr., born August 25, 1971, passed at his residence, Sunday, June 7, 2015.

He is survived by his father, George Glynn Brown, Sr. and mother, Susan Ann Brown; one brother, Joshua Pearson Brown, and wife, Leigh and two nephews, Harper Jack Brown and Oliver John Brown. Also uncles, Henry Womack Tingler, Jr., Robert Louis Tingler and wife, Nancy, William Joseph Tingler and wife, Cheryl and aunts, Jackie Nanney and husband, Robert "Joe" Nanney and Betty Moore and husband, James "Jimmie" Moore; fourteen cousins and one aunt in Florida, Patty Fitzgerald and husband, Bruce.

He was preceded in death by loving grandparents, Henry Womack Tingler and wife, Lyda E. Tingler, Gerald Pearson Brown and wife, Ethel Louise Brown and uncle, Steven Wayne Tingler.

Glynn was a graduate of Alleghany High School in 1989. He also earned an Associate of Arts Degree in Drafting and Design at Brevard Community College in Melbourne, FL.

He was a member of Falling Springs Presbyterian Church.

He was employed by his family who owned and operated H&L Jewelers located in Covington, VA.

He is to be cremated and family will have a Celebration of Life at his home, 6001 Indian Draft Road, Covington, Sunday, June 14, 2015 at 4:00 p.m.
