Miss Whitney Faith Loving, age 16, of Nellysford, VA, died Thursday, July 9, 2015, from injuries sustained in a vehicular accident.

Whitney was born August 11, 1998, in Roanoke, VA, a daughter of James Patton Loving III and Jeannie Marie Booze Loving.

She was a rising junior at Nelson County High School and was active in her school softball team, basketball, track, and girls travel softball team.

She was currently the reigning Miss Nelson County.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by two sisters, Autumn Katelynne Loving Mays and husband, Jeremy and Bethany Nicole "Lu Lu" Loving; maternal grandparents, Norman and Barbara Booze and Kathy Smith; paternal grandparents, Amanda Noffsinger and Pat and Lynda Loving; aunts, uncles, cousins, and nephew Mason Lee Mays.
