Evelyn Pauline Tomlin Lynn, a wonderful woman, of Buena Vista, Virginia, passed away, Thursday, January 7, 2016 at the Golden Living Center.

Born December 16, 1919, she was the daughter of the late Alfred William Tomlin and Leitha Staton Tomlin Pugh.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Leonard Winslow Lynn; son, Frederick Winslow Lynn; daughter-in-law, Gladys Watkins Lynn; brother, Rudolph S. Tomlin; and stepfather, Morris J. Pugh.

She is survived by daughter, Carroll Lynn Coffey and William; son, Marshall Clyde Lynn and Sue; six grandchildren, Norah Coffey Clarkson, Edward Coffey and Fonda, Shari Bench and Shayne, Robert Lynn and Debbie, Mark Lynn and Cathy, Jessica Lynn Austin and Zach; step-grandchildren, Larry Bowyer and Rebecca Patterson; eleven great grandchildren; eight great great grandchildren; and many step-grandchildren.

A Funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m., Monday, January 11, 2016 at Bolling, Grose & Lotts Funeral Chapel with Pastor Butch Grow officiating. Burial will follow at Green Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
