Wanda Wainright of 111 Hidden Valley Road, Covington, Virginia, went home to be with the Lord April 28, 2016.
She had been ill for some time.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years Thomas Crook, and second husband of 15 years Grady Wainright.
She leaves behind two brothers, Horace (Buster) Daniel of Tennessee, and Wayne Daniel of Austin, Texas; a daughter and son-in-law, Beverly and Frank Hepler of Covington, Virginia; a son and daughter-in-law, Tom and Cheryl Crook of Frisco, Texas; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She had made numerous friends while living in Covington and was a member of the Senior Friends and Lone Star Baptist Church. She enjoyed living in Covington.
Her internment will be in Rome, Georgia.

A memorial celebration of her life will be held in Covington at Lone Star Baptist Church at a later date.
