David Nathaniel Mincey, age 34, of 509 Brussels Avenue, Clifton Forge, Virginia died Friday, August 12, 2016 at his residence.

He was born January 29, 1982 in Spokane, Washington to James and Laurette Weikle Mincey.

He was a computer programmer and enjoyed travel.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by two brothers, Joseph Mincey and wife, Krystal of Gap Mills, WV, and Timothy Mincey of Raleigh, NC.
