Mary Martha Tolley Gibson Walker, 82, of Natural Bridge Station, Virginia died Friday, October 14, 2016 at her home.

Born February 23, 1934 in Rockbridge County, she was a daughter of the late Herbert Douglas Tolley and Ethel May Huffman Tolley.

In addition to her parents, Martha was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin E. Gibson; six sisters and two brothers.

Martha was a member of Natural Bridge Baptist Church and worked at Burlington Industries for over 25 years.

Surviving children are Ronald Eugene Gibson, Brenda G. Fitzgerald, and husband, Robert, Donna Sue Gibson, Gary Neil Gibson, and wife, Donna C. Gibson; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m., Tuesday October 18, 2016 at Harrison Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Randy Smith and Terry Bostic officiating.

Burial will follow at Natural Bridge Baptist Cemetery.

The family will receive friends 4 to 6 p.m. Monday, October 17, 2016.
