Mildred (Millie) Lively, 73, of Alderson, West Virginia, passed away at the home of her daughter on Friday, July 28, 2017.

Born on March 31, 1944 at Quinwood, she was the daughter of the late Grover and Margarette Kessler Sanford.

Millie is preceded in death by her husband, James Roger Lively on June 20, 2017.

Millie was a member of the Sewell Valley Baptist Church of Rainelle and she was a great singer and a homemaker.

Surviving are her sons, Bill Lively and wife, Denise of Wharton, WV, Jimmy D. Lively and wife, Tamara of Rural Hall, NC, Joey Lively and wife, Christine of Cornelius, NC, John Lively and wife, Heather of Dawson; daughter, Rhonda Lynn Martin and husband, Tony of Dawson; grandchildren, Cassandra Lively, Ryan Boggs, Taylor Lively, Josh Lively, Reegan Lively, Dakota Bass, Dodge Bass; a sister, Phyllis Young of Rainelle and a brother, Terry Sanford of Rupert.

Services will be 1:00 p.m., Monday, July 31, 2017 at Wallace & Wallace Chapel, Rupert, with Pastor Steve Martin officiating. Burial will follow at Wallace Memorial Cemetery, Clintonville. Friends may call from noon until the time of service.
