Ms. Patricia Vint Pettitt, age 66, of Covington, Virginia, died Saturday, October 28, 2017 at her residence.

Ms. Pettitt was born December 29, 1950 in Covington, the daughter of the late Norman Justice Vint and Mildred Humphries Vint.

She was a homemaker, a loving mother, grandmother and sister.

Ms. Pettitt is survived by four sons, Jesse Lee Byrd of Moore, SC, Kevin A. Pettitt of Covington, Michael Raymond Pettitt, II of Roanoke and Clifton Dale Byrd of Seneca, SC; two daughters, Mary Ann Branch of Hagerstown, MD and Rhonda Bowles of Covington; sixteen grandchildren; a number of great grandchildren; a brother, Norman Vint of Covington; two sisters, Norma Burrge of Warrenton and Mildred Smith of Covington; and a number of nieces and nephews.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
