Obituary for Plen Thomas Clark Plen Thomas Clark
Rockbridge County Native Worked With Burlington Industries

Plen Thomas Clark, 70, of Buena Vista, Virginia, passed away Monday, December 25, 2017 at his home.

Born January 18, 1947, in Rockbridge County, he was a son of the late Odie Berry Clark and Virginia Tyree Clark.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Wade, Clyde and Curtis; and three sisters, Myrtle, Margie and Marie.

Mr. Clark worked at Burlington Industries and served his country in the U.S. Army.

Plen loved sports and riding around visiting his friends.

He is survived by a brother, Talmage E. Clark of Harrisonburg; and a special niece, Karen Roberts.

A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, December 29 at Harrison Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Jim Reynolds officiating. Burial will follow at Green Hill Cemetery. Friends may gather with the family from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, December 28.
