Obituary for Maynard Randolph Ingram Maynard Randolph Ingram
U. S. Army Veteran Was Retired Terminal Trainmaster

Maynard Randolph Ingram, 84, of 1810 North Oakwood Drive, Clifton Forge, Virginia, died Monday, January 22, 2018 at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital.

He was born July 25, 1933 in Anthony's Creek, West Virginia, a son of the late Bun Mason and Lorena Cummings Ingram.

He was a U. S. Army veteran stationed in Germany and a retired Terminal Trainmaster for CSX Transportation.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Ann Phillips Ingram in July of 2017; a son, Randy Ingram; four brothers, Allen Ingram, Leonard Ingram, Gerald Ingram, Tony Ingram; two sisters, Katherine Ruby and Theta May Ingram.

He is survived by two daughters, Vickie Terry and husband, Roger, Pamela Balliett and husband, Paul, all of Clifton Forge; three brothers, Avis Ingram and wife, Geraldine, of St. Augustine, FL, Basil Ingram and wife, Patty, of Clifton Forge, Asil Ingram and wife, Lela, of White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia; seven grandchildren, April, Lisa, David, Alicia, Tabitha, Michael, Randy; fourteen great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday in the chapel of Nicely Funeral Home in Clifton Forge with the Reverend W. Pembroke Hall officiating. A private interment will follow in Sharon Baptist Church Cemetery in Clifton Forge.

His family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at Nicely Funeral Home.
