Patricia Kersey Damon, 62, of White Sulphur Springs, WV passed away Sunday, February 11, 2018 at Lewis-Gale Medical center in Salem, VA.

Pat was born November 30, 1955 in Alleghany, Virginia, the daughter of the late Ernest Wyatt Kersey and Aretta Mae Bostic Kersey.

She was a member of the House of Prayer Church in White Sulphur Springs, she had worked at the Greenbrier Hotel, Stop-In, Buzz-In and was an aid with Home Health.

She was preceded in death, other than by her parents, by a brother, Harold Kersey.

Surviving are her husband, Steven T. Damon; sons, Joshua Macey of Lewisburg and Shawn Kersey (Inga) of Arlington, VA; grandchildren, Craig and Holly Kersey, Kiara, Amya and Gabrielle Macey; sisters, Jean Schumaker (Jack) of Sweet Springs, WV, Charlotte Cook (Bob) of Covington, VA, Ina M. Webb (Winston) of Richmond, VA and Sharon Hanson (Mike) of Richmond, VA. and brother, Leon Kersey (Beth) of Chesapeake, VA.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

The Wallace and Wallace Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
