Obituary for Bella Starr Knick Bella Starr Knick
Memorial Service For Former Clifton Forge Resident Set April 7, 2018

Bella Starr Knick, age 66, of 6820 Fieldwood Road in Chester, Virginia and formerly of Clifton Forge, died January 31, 2018 at her residence.

Born November 2, 1951 in Alleghany County, Virginia, Starr was a daughter of the late Wayne E. Comstock, Sr. and Rosemary Elizabeth Coats.

She was a veteran of the United States Army and was retired from Westvaco.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 23 years, Amos Grandville "Dickie" Knick; and a brother, Wayne Comstock, Jr.

She is survived by her son, Joseph Casey Eaton and wife, Kristi of Hollidaysburg, PA; three grandchildren, Kimmy Eaton of Culpeper and Kenzie and Jayce Eaton of Hollidaysburg, PA; a sister, Gail Mallory and husband, John of Chester; nephews, Wayne Dwier and wife, Becki of Altoona, PA, Travis Nicely of Moseley, and Joshua Nicely and wife, Megan of Chesterfield; in-laws, Ernie and Wanda Knick of Iron Gate and Rozetta and Henry Wills of Longdale; and a number of nieces and nephews.

According to her wishes she was an organ donor and her body was cremated. A graveside memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in Sharon Baptist Cemetery, Clifton Forge.

Military rites will be conducted at the graveside, where she will rest beside her husband.
