Rosa Lavinia Manspile Sorrells, 84, of Buena Vista, Virginia died Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at Shenandoah Valley Health & Rehab Center.

Born June 20, 1933 in Rockbridge County, she was a daughter of Owen Thomas Manspile and Ella Cash Manspile.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Edward Sorrells.

Mrs. Sorrells was a member of Rapps Mill Church.

She loved to garden and especially enjoyed her flowers.

Surviving her is her sister, Judy M. Sorrells of Staunton.

A graveside service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Friday, June 1 at Rapps Mill Cemetery by Caleb Blevins. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
