Ruth Magaline Hill, 93, of Natural Bridge Station, Virginia passed away Sunday, August 26, 2018 at her home.

She was born in Rockbridge County, the daughter of the late Henry Foster and Laura Belle Saunders Foster.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Grover C. Hill; son, James Hill; and brothers, Mike Foster, Andrew Foster, Clarence Foster and Johnny Foster.

Surviving are her daughter, Linda West; brother, Elmer Foster and wife, Shirley; granddaughter, Nicole Henegar and husband, James; grandsons, Brandon Thompson and wife, Lorinda, Scott Hill and wife, Allison; great-grandsons James and Jordan Henegar and Caleb Hill; and great-granddaughter, Addison Thompson. Other survivors include loving extended family and many very close friends.

The funeral will be conducted Friday, August 31, 2018 at 2 p.m. at Harrison Funeral Chapel by the Rev. Donald Stine and Pastor Lucy Hughes. Burial will follow at Glasgow Cemetery. There will be no visitation at funeral home.
