Dallas March Propst Widney, 94, of Lewisburg, West Virginia, formerly of Frank, passed away Monday, September 3, 2018 at Peyton Hospice House in Fairlea.

Born on March 4, 1924 at Frank, she was the daughter of the late James Rankin and Eva Mae Simmons Propst.

Dallas was a member of the Old Stone Presbyterian Church, a member of the Eastern Star and a homemaker.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Junior Widney and a sister, Nola M. Fain.

Survivors include daughter, Candice Long and husband, Tom of Covington, VA; sons, Stephen Hiner and wife, Nancy of Fredericksburg, TX, Jon S. Widney and wife, Connie from Gilbert, AZ, Douglas Widney and wife, Kaye of Fairmont; grandchildren, Christopher Long and wife, Jayne, Jason Long and wife, Jennifer, Amy D. Widney, Evan D. Widney and wife, Molly, Heather Hiner and Chad Hiner; great grandchildren, Kaelyn Long, Corbin Long and Ashley Hiner.

There will be a 2:00 p.m. graveside service on Sunday, September 9, 2018 at the Arbovale Cemetery with Pastor David Rittenhouse Officiating.

There will be no visitation.
