Obituary for Reatha Mae Bryant Reatha Mae Bryant
Ronceverte Christian Church Member Was President Of Greenbrier Ambulance Service

Reatha Mae Bryant, 83, Fairlea, West Virginia passed away Thursday, September 6, 2018 at the Peyton Hospice House in Fairlea.

Reatha was born July 7, 1935 in Frankford to the late James Harvey and Alta Iva Withrow Rudd.

Reatha was President of the Greenbrier County Ambulance Service. She was president of the Fireminettes in Fairlea and was the only person from Greenbrier County to have won the Phoenix Award. She was a member of the EMS of Greenbrier County, and was a member of the Ronceverte Christian Church.

Other than her parents, Reatha was preceded in death by a daughter, Tavane Kirchner; brothers, Niven and Dennis Rudd.

Survivors include daughters, Paquita Hudson, Alta Tilley and husband, Winston "Mick" Tilley, Jr.; sisters, Marie Berry and husband, David, Anne Aldish and husband, Danny, Allene Sink and husband, Russell; brother, James "Nick" Rudd and wife, Carmen; grandchildren, Kishara Hudson, Stephen Griffiths, Jason Lette, Jessica Tilley, Winston Tilley, Kiana Kirchner, Jasmine Kirchner, Phoenix Vaithilingam and Jayde Vaithilingam; as well as four great grandchildren.

Funeral Service will be 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 15, 2018 at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Lewisburg with speaker Roy Massie officiating. Burial will follow at the Ketron Cemetery in Ronceverte.

Friends may call one hour prior to service at the funeral home.

The Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
