Richard Thompson Patton, 78, of Caldwell, West Virginia passed away Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center.

Richard was born September 20, 1940 in Cleveland, Ohio, the son of the late Ronald and Arlene Eblind Patton.

Richard was a retired car salesman.

Richard is survived by his wife of 41 years, Dorene Leta Patton; daughter, Coleen Hadus; son, James Patton; Nephews, Russell Loudermilk and Henry Saylor; special friends, Vada Saylor and Bob Shope; and his loving dogs, Pebbles, Teeny Tiny and Pepper.

A memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 18, 2018 at the Highland Park Community Church with Pastor Freddy Bostic officiating.

The family will receive friends and family one hour prior to the service.
