Kenneth Roy (Buck) Camden, 82, of Buena Vista, Virginia passed away unexpectedly Saturday, November 10, 2018 at his home.

Born August 1, 1936 in Rockbridge County, he was a son of William Henry Camden and Stella Ogden Camden.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved daughter, Charlotte Lynn Camden, and sister, Hilda Camden Smiley.

Buck was an avid hunter and at the time of his passing, he was the oldest and longest active member of Short Hill Hunt Club.

He also retired from Hermetite after 27 years.

Surviving are his wife of 62 years, Sophie Fainter Camden; son, Kenneth Roy Camden Jr.; and grandson, Jason Camden and wife, Kim.

At Kenneth's request, there will be no funeral service at this time. The family will receive friends at their home.

Memorial contributions may be made in Buck's name to the Buena Vista Rescue Squad, 2039 Sycamore Ave., Buena Vista, VA 24416.
