Ashley Nicole Bayne, 31, of 3615 Jackson River Road, Covington, Virginia died Wednesday, December 19, 2018.

Ms. Bayne was born January 6, 1987 in Roanoke, a daughter of Steven L. Bayne of Roanoke and Annette Oyler Bayne of Covington.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Shelby Dickson Bayne, and an aunt, Tina Legg.

She was employed as a staff accountant for Craig-Botetourt Electric Coop in New Castle. She was previously employed as a staff accountant with the Omni Homestead Resort in Hot Springs.

She was a member of the National Federation of Business and Professional Women's Club and was the recipient of the "Women in Business Award".

She was a member of Mount Pleasant United Methodist Church.

She adored her three sons and had an outgoing and contagious spirit.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her three sons, Camden Joseph Lee Crouse, Caleb Ashton Crouse, and Cason Aidan Crouse, all of Covington; her brother, Steven M. Bayne of Covington; her maternal grandparents, Raymond and Betty Oyler of Covington; her paternal grandfather, Floyd Bayne of Covington; the father of her sons, Joey Crouse of Hot Springs, and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins including, Stephanie Clark.

The funeral service will be held Saturday, December 22, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Arritt Funeral Home with Shannon Cox officiating.

Interment will be made in Cedar Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive their friends from noon until service time on Saturday at Arritt Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers the family has suggested memorial donations be made in Ashley's name to Safehomes at P. O. Box 748, Covington, VA 24426.
