Albert Franklin Hostetter, 77, of Fairfield, Virginia died Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at his home.

He was born December 31, 1941 in Goshen, a son of the late Clarence Albert Hostetter and Mary Smith Hostetter.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Bo Hostetter.

Albert was a member of Mt. View Pentecostal Holiness Church.

Surviving are his children, Brenda Dafonseca, Patricia Perkins, Robert Hostetter, all of Buena Vista, and Teresa Hawk, of Fairfield; sisters, Gladys Clifton of Fairfield, Helen Wilhelm, Isabelle Thompson, both of Goshen, and Ruth Kirby of Lexington; six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; and special nephew/caregiver, Alfred Sensabaugh Jr.

The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, January 25, 2019 at Harrison Funeral Chapel by Pastor Sheldon Sorrels. Burial will follow at Fairfield Cemetery. Friends may gather with the family from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, January 24, 2019.
