John Douglas Kelley, passed away on April 18, 2019 at Peyton Hospice House in Lewisburg, WV.

He was born July 23, 1943 in Philadelphia, PA to the late John Campbell and Sarah Ruth Kelley.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Diana Neal Kelley.

He is survived by his daughter, Caroline Ormandy and son-in-law, Brandon Ormandy of Ronceverte, WV; daughter, Margaret (Maggie) Connard and son-in-law, Tom Connard of San Francisco, CA; grandchildren Ryan, Lauren and Megan Lindsey and Quinn Connard.

John was a veteran of the U. S. Navy, who served two tours in Vietnam. He worked many years as a school counselor and loved to sing. He was a devoted husband, father and friend with an unswerving dedication to his faith and church family.

A viewing will be held Monday, April 22 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. with a memorial service to follow at Rhema Christian Center in Lewisburg, WV.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations of sympathy be made to the Celebrate Recovery program at Rhema Christian Center.
