Obituary for Lettie Redman Tucker Lettie Redman Tucker
Former Canfield Mold Operator Dies At Age 92

Lettie Redman Tucker, 92, of 615-R Adams Lane, Covington, Virginia died Saturday, May 11, 2019 at her home.

Mrs. Tucker was born August 26, 1926 in Alleghany County, a daughter of the late Henry D. and Ida Bell Wolfe Redman.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph E. Tucker in 1993; a son, Gary W. Tucker in 1956; a son-in-law, Eddie Hall and two sisters and three brothers.

She retired as a mold operator at the former H. O. Canfield, Company.

Surviving are three daughters, Barbara Hall and JoAnn Tucker and her husband, Albert, all of Covington, and Phyllis Weeks and her husband, William of Florida; nine grandchildren, Cheryl Baker and her husband, Elmer; Kevin Hall and his wife, Deanna; Cindy Ferris and her husband, Allan; "Chops" Hall; Lorri Wolfe; Robin May and her husband, Basil; Chris Hall and his wife, Amber; Gary Tucker and his wife, Kristie, all of Covington and Tony Tucker and his wife, Tammy of Seattle, WA; a number of great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; one brother, Connie Redman of Clifton Forge; one sister, Shirley Mae Hubbard of Roanoke; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held Monday, May 13, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the graveside in Lone Star Cemetery with Rev. Shorty Wolfe officiating assisted by Tammy Wolfe.

Following the service, the family will gather at the home of Kevin and Deanna Hall at 508 Bird Farm Road.

The family suggests that donations in Mrs. Tucker's name be made to the Loving Life Fellowship Church, 717 Commercial Ave., Clifton Forge Va. 24422 or to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 26 Broadway, 14th Floor, New York, NY 10004.
